Besichtigung Abbruchgebäude, 1112 Wien

Das Gebäude wurde in den 1970ern errichtet und wird von einem pharmazeutischen Dienstleistungsbetrieb genutzt. Auf dem selben Grundstück befindet sich eine große Lagerhalle. Das Objekt wird im Sommer/Herbst 2014 planmäßig abgebrochen. Aufgrund des Umstandes, dass das Gebäude bis zuletzt in Nutzung war, ist eine Vielzahl an potentiell wiederverwendbaren Bauteilen enthalten. Neben wiederverwendbaren Bauteilen zeigte die Besichtigung, dass auch eine Vielzahl an wiederverwendbaren mobilen Einrichtungsgegenstände im Gebäude verblieben sind, diese sind jedoch nicht teil des Projektes und werden daher nicht explizit ausgewiesen.
